3DPRINTER- SHAPING BY MOLTEN DEPOSITION
Although there are many technological possibilities for 3D printouts, the most common and easier to use is Shaping by Molten Deposition: it creates complex objects from molten plastic that is extruded through a nozzle. The polymer filament is originally wounded on a bobbin that unrolls to deliver the material to the extrusive nozzle just when the nozzle is being moved through the axis thanks to a mechanism controlled by a computer. The material hardens off immediately after the extrusion. The PAP motors are used so as to do this movements, as well as to push the filament inside the extruder.

Its most complex operation is mainly done by projecting an intense light with a layer design, previously seen over a platform that would be moved on the Z axis, doing a process od photopolymerization of the polymer.
