WHAT IS CERIK3D SYSTEM?
Cerik3D System in three simple steps – Scan/ Design/ Print, will resolve all the needs planned for your patients. This would allow you to decide whether if you do it by yourself or you indicate to CERIK the execution of any of these steps.

› WHICH SOFTWARE ARE USED IN CERIK3D SYSTEM?
CERIK3D SYSTEM relies basically on two type of software:
1. CERIK3D an essential tool when facing 3D Orthodontics treatment of our patients, both for visualization, motivation, calculations of indices and the correct diagnosis, and to set the objectives and possible treatment limits. It can use digital STL files of any 3d Scanner. It is simple, quick and intuitive, that has been created and design by orthodontists to orthodontists.
2. Orchestrate is the 3D CAD software that will allow you to design and plan the production of dental designs in your own office or in Cerik’s one. In this way, the total control of the treatment of the patients is given to the professional together with the possibility of using the highest technology at a very low price. Orthodontics by Orthodontists is going to be the option of the digital handling of the mouth of the patient. A physical or analogue parallel, such as when the person in charge of the prosthesis, plays with the dental stock how to align the teeth or put it in the right position in a complete prosthesis in the dental lab. Till then, CERIK has decided to use and promote only those hardware and software that had had the opportunity to irrefutably confirm during the years of odontological practice, assuring the highest quality image and efficient costs. Nevertheless, CERIK3D SYSTEM will work with any orthodontic scanner.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A 3D PRINTER?
No, CERIK3D SYSTEM can be also be used to print models easily from the Cerik3d lab or from your local lab. Many offices choose to use the printer from Cerik3D lab to avoid the cost and maintenance of the 3D printer, as well as, space and materials. However, it can always be acquired later.

ISN'T IT LESS EXPENSIVE AND EASIER TO OUTSOURCE APPLIANCE SCANNING, DESIGN, PLANNING AND FABRICATION?
No. The less you do and the minus control you have over your treatment, the more you will pay. CERIK3D and ORCHESTRATE have simplified it so much that you will be free to apply the system whenever, wherever and in the way you want it. I USE ANOTHER SERVICE FOR TRANSPARENT ALIGNERS. WHY SHOULD I CHANGE?
You don't necessarily need to change anything! While Cerik can be used for full treatment cases, it can also be used in conjunction with other appliance services. Some doctors use it when they finished using another service because it gives a better and more precise ending. Other times, they use CERIK3D to replace broken or lost appliances, since it can be produce individually or in group, what is effective not only for precision but also economically.

WHICH ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SOFTWARE?
OPERATING SYSTEM
• CPU: Intel® and AMD® processors. Recommended: Multiple core processors.
• RAM: Recommended: 6 GB.
• Hard Disk: 60 GB or more recommended for application.
• Display: OpenGL 1.2 or above, 32 bit true color required.
• GPU: Recommended: NVidia GTX Series with 1GB of RAM or more.
• Mouse: it is essential to have the best mouse you can. 3 button mouse with scroll.
• Other: DVD drive / Sound card/ Keyboard/ Network card/ Internet Explorer version 9 or higher or Chrome/ Adobe Acrobat version 6 or higher.
